Vikek, as part of a design-build team, completed assessments, design, permitting and construction QA/QC for a new liner and floating cover for High Reservoir. The reservoir’s water level control systems failed in February 2023 and water overtopped the reservoir, eroding the embankment.  The state regulatory agency closed the reservoir. Vikek’s engineering team provided a rapid assessment, remedial design and construction oversight to the client enabling early restart of operations.
