Development of Enterprise Performance Management Systems
Developed a performance measurement and management system and training, facilitated a four – module training workshops for agency employees. The desired outcomes were to – enable employees understand how performance measures fit within the agency performance management system, specifically , how performance measures relate to business outcomes, goals, work plans, individual performance; employees understand how to identify what to measure for their programs, projects, processes; enable employees understand how to use performance measures to influence ongoing work–related decision making. Developed a performance measurement dashboard system that was aligned across all workgroups.
