Key Vikek personnel provided construction management and construction quality assurance for the development at Cedar Hills Regional Landfill Areas 5 and 6 from 2000 through 2013. Services included design reviews, bid period services, daily construction observation and reporting, testing of geosynthetics, water, soil and aggregate, asphalt, concrete, and pipelines, schedule compliance tracking and reporting, budget tracking, reporting and pay requests, change orders, and project closeout.
